By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Relaseven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@relaseven.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All Relaseven products are designed for pet use under appropriate supervision. Please review each product's recommended age, size, and usage guidelines before use. Relaseven is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from improper use of our products.
