Relaseven supports multiple mainstream payment methods. All transactions are completed through secure encrypted channels to protect your payment information.

2. Currency & Exchange Rates
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card or account in another currency, the actual amount charged will be converted by your bank or payment platform at the exchange rate on the day of the transaction. A small currency conversion fee may apply — please check with your bank for details.

Relaseven uses SSL encryption technology to protect your payment data. We do not store your full card number or bank account information. All payment processes comply with PCI DSS international payment security standards, so you can shop with confidence.
4. Payment Failure
If you encounter a payment failure at checkout, we recommend: checking that your card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered correctly; confirming your account has sufficient funds; and contacting your card-issuing bank to check for any restrictions on overseas transactions.
